1. General Rules
The following betting rules govern all wagers placed on the Mmk121 platform. By placing a bet, the bettor warrants acceptance of these rules and any market specific terms reflected in the bet description.
-
Market Settlement and Official Results
Settlement of every market is based on the official result published by the relevant governing body or event organizer. If an official result is not published, Mmk121 may settle using credible, officially recognized sources at its discretion. All settlements are final and binding unless a valid rule or dispute process applies.
-
Prices and Corrections
Bets are accepted at the price displayed by Mmk121 at the moment of bet acceptance. If a market is published with an incorrect price or information, Mmk121 reserves the right to void or adjust affected bets and to reprice markets where appropriate.
- Palpable Error
-
In the event of a palpable error in market wording or odds that would cause a substantial, obvious error in expected payout, Mmk121 may cancel the bet or adjust the odds/settlement as fair in the circumstances, with the outcome determined by reference to the corrected market description.
- Bets After Acceptance
-
Bets cannot be canceled or withdrawn by the bettor after acceptance. Mmk121 reserves the right to void or suspend bets in limited circumstances including but not limited to system errors, obvious mispricing, or detection of attempts to circumvent limits.
- Fraud and Integrity
-
Where there is concerns of fraud, collusion, or manipulation of an event, Mmk121 may void affected bets, suspend settlement, or withhold payment pending investigation by the relevant authorities.
- Settlement Delays and Investigations
-
Mmk121 may suspend settlement of bets or freeze accounts when integrity concerns arise or investigations are ongoing. Bets affected by such actions may be voided or with remainder settled in accordance with the investigation outcome.
- Post-Bet Adjustments
-
After an event has begun, Mmk121 reserves the right to void or cancel part or all of a bet, including post-settlement adjustments, if a valid reason such as a data integrity issue or regulatory directive arises.
- Odds Display and Payout Precision
-
Displayed odds are published with two decimal places. Payouts are calculated using internal precision and rounded to two decimal places. Where applicable, total winnings are displayed with two decimals; minor discrepancies due to rounding are standard and do not constitute a bet settlement error unless the discrepancy is material and attributable to a technical error.
- Settlement Timelines
-
With respect to re-settlement, the maximum permissible period is thirty (30) days from the initial settlement date, unless a regulatory or market-specific extension applies.
- Match Conclusion and Early Termination
-
If a match is concluded at or after the 79th minute as official time, all markets shall be settled on the full‑time result. If a match is concluded before 79:00, unresolved markets are void unless the market explicitly states otherwise. In cases of abandonment or stoppage without completion, unsettled markets may be voided unless a later official decision declares a result within the applicable window.
- Market Duration and Formats
-
Markets apply to standard durations unless the market description specifies otherwise. Supported formats for prematch and live bets include 2x25, 2x30, 2x35, 2x40, 2x45, and 3x30. Bets placed on durations outside the range of 50 to 90 minutes may be voided; otherwise, bets stand.
- Outright Markets (Play‑or‑Pay)
-
Outright (short term and long term) markets are subject to a Play‑or‑Pay rule. Bets on listed participants remain valid and settle as losses if a listed participant is unable to participate due to circumstances beyond control, except where the market type excludes such rules (e.g., head‑to‑head markets). If a replacement participant is introduced within the same team, team markets stand while individual markets may be void.
2. In‑Play and Live Betting
In‑play wagers are settled on the official result or event progression as determined by the governing body. Mmk121 may pause, suspend, or halt betting on a market if needed to ensure market integrity or data accuracy. Bets placed after the official result is declared through live coverage that updates the score in real time are subject to the market’s description and settlement rules.
3. Postponed, Abandoned, or Rescheduled Events
Postponed events: if the event is resumed within forty-eight (48) hours of the original start time and the market description includes the resumption, bets remain valid and are settled on the resumed result. If the event is not resumed within the 48-hour window, or if a significant change occurs (venue, participants, or format) that affects the market, affected bets may be voided or refunded as appropriate.
4. Odds, Payouts, and Rounding
Odds are published with two decimals. Internal calculations may use higher precision; total payout is rounded to two decimals. Any discrepancy arising solely from rounding rules is considered within the acceptable variance of the settlement process.
5. Bet Acceptance, Cancellation, and Palpable Errors
Bets remain binding once accepted. Mmk121 reserves the right to cancel or void bets and/or apply corrections in cases of palpable error, including but not limited to mispriced odds, incorrect event data, or technical anomalies that impact fair play. Bettors do not have a right to cancel an accepted bet absent such errors.
6. Fraud, Integrity, and Regulatory Compliance
Mmk121 maintains robust anti‑fraud measures. Bets may be voided, accounts restricted, or payments withheld where fraud, collusion, or manipulation is suspected or detected. All proceedings shall align with applicable law and regulatory directives.
7. VAR and Referee Decisions
Where a video review process (or similar device) results in a decision that alters the event's state after an incident occurred but before the final outcome, bets affected by the timing of the incident may be voided. If the final decision does not affect the market outcome described at bet acceptance, the market may stand. Mmk121 shall reverse settlements only when a clearly incorrect determination is confirmed before the event's conclusion or a regulatory body provides a definitive ruling.
8. Outright Markets
Outright markets settle based on the final official outcome of the competition or event, notwithstanding any changes in participant status during the event. If a participant is replaced or is unable to participate, the Play‑or‑Pay rule applies as described in section 1.13. Non‑participation by a listed participant generally results in a loss for that participant's outright market unless explicitly stated otherwise in the market terms.
9. Specific Sports Rules
-
Soccer (Football)
Market settlement: 1X2 and related markets are settled on the official result at the end of the match’s normal duration unless the market description includes extra time or penalties; if a market includes extra time, settlement occurs after extra time or penalties as described. Postponed or abandoned fixtures are settled as described in section 3. In cases of penalties, only if the market specifies penalties are included. Early or late results that affect the market shall be settled accordingly.
-
American Football
All markets are settled on the official result at the end of the scheduled regular time unless the market explicitly includes overtime. If the result is not available within 48 hours, the market may be voided. A minimum play threshold applies to payout: for most moneyline and related markets, at least 55 minutes of the 60-minute game must be completed for the result to be considered valid; overtime is counted only if the market description includes it. Penalties and drive results are settled according to official statistics; markets dependent on specific player stats use official league statistics.
-
Athletics
Events are settled based on the official results. Outright selections are treated as runners unless they participate and are classified as winners; if a competitor is disqualified, the bet is settled as a loss. If an event is abandoned with no official winner, the event is void. Dead heat rules apply for applicable markets.
-
Australian Rules Football
Markets settle on the official result at the end of regulation time, excluding extra‑time unless stated. If the fixture is postponed or abandoned and not resumed within 48 hours with a declared winner, unsettled markets may be voided. Halves and quarters are defined within the market; dead heats apply where specified. Finals and awards markets settle based on the official outcomes published by the governing body.
-
Badminton
Sets or games markets settle on the official result. If match coverage is interrupted and no result is published, undecided markets are void. If a match is postponed or abandoned and not resumed within 48 hours, unsettled markets may be voided unless a winner is declared by the governing body.
