AML and KYC Policy

This policy sets forth Mmk121's mandatory AML/CFT controls for onboarding, ongoing activity, and compliance with applicable laws. It governs identity verification, customer due diligence, monitoring, reporting, record-keeping, and cooperation with regulatory authorities.

Scope and Regulatory Intent

The policy applies to all individuals and entities accessing or using Mmk121 services. It establishes minimum standards for customer identification, verification, risk assessment, ongoing monitoring, and escalation of suspicious activity. Mmk121 complies with applicable AML/CFT legislation and regulatory supervision. The policy is reviewed at least annually and upon material changes in law or business operations.

Customer Identification and Verification (KYC)

  • Identification documentation: All customers must provide valid government-issued identification and proof of address prior to participating in gambling activities or processing transactions.
  • Account opening: Registration must be conducted in the name of the beneficial user; accounts are for personal use only; sharing login credentials or transferring accounts is prohibited and may result in account lockout and withholding of funds.
  • Verification window: The customer has 30 days from registration to complete identity verification. Failure to verify within the period will result in account restriction, limited access to features, and possible withholding of funds or cancellation of pending transactions.
  • Verification outcomes: Verification may require additional information or third-party checks. If verification cannot be completed, the account will remain unverified and certain capabilities (including withdrawals) will be restricted pending resolution.

Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD)

Mmk121 may perform enhanced due diligence on customers deemed high-risk based on factors including, but not limited to, source of funds, transaction patterns, or geographic risk. EDD may entail additional verification, site visits, or third-party checks beyond standard KYC. Where conducted, EDD results will determine ongoing monitoring intensity and withdrawal eligibility.

Ongoing Monitoring and Transaction Screening

All customer activity is subject to ongoing monitoring for suspicious or unusual patterns. Specific controls include:

  • Threshold monitoring: All transactions exceeding 10,000 USD within any 24-hour period are subject to enhanced review and documentation requirements.
  • Behavioral monitoring: Transactions inconsistent with declared source of funds, stated business activities, or known customer risk indicators will trigger escalation.
  • Suspicious activity reporting: Any suspected money-laundering or terrorist-financing activity will be reported to the appropriate regulatory authority in accordance with legal obligations.

Withdrawals and Account Access

Withdrawals are available only for verified accounts. Unverified accounts may be restricted from withdrawing funds and may be subject to service limitations until verification is completed. Incomplete verification or non-compliance may lead to account closure and forfeiture of funds in accordance with applicable policies and regulatory requirements.

Record Keeping and Data Management

Mmk121 retains customer identification and transactions data for the minimum period required by applicable law. All records related to AML/CFT due diligence, monitoring, and reporting are maintained in secure systems with access restricted to authorized personnel. Data retention timelines and deletion rights comply with applicable regulatory requirements.

Compliance Organization

A designated Compliance Officer oversees the AML/KYC program and ensures implementation of policies across operations. The Company requires all third-party service providers to comply with its AML/KYC policies and to provide necessary information and reports as required by law.

Training and Internal Controls

Employees undergo regular AML/KYC training. Training frequency and content are updated to reflect regulatory changes and evolving risk profiles. The program includes escalation procedures, record-keeping requirements, and reporting obligations.

Policy Updates and Communications

The policy may be updated from time to time. Updates take effect upon posting and will apply to all active accounts. Customers will be notified of material changes through approved channels.
